Winthorpe's boy Webb slams Mike's boy Graham on Meet the Press!
I particularly like it when Webb says "don't put political words in my mouth"...when Graham throws out a tired "support the troops" slogan.

I did see an article in the Early Bird today with Webb saying that Dept of Homeland Security could be eliminated, with all their functions returned to other agencies. He believed DHS to be beauracratic waste.
I wouldn't go so far as to call Webb my boy--after all, I do disagree with him on his economic ideas. And I think it would be bad to have 99 other Senators like him. But 1 Webb is good to have, in that he'll actually bring issues up for debate... (and hopefully bring home a veterans' tax break for me!).
saw the entire segment on Meet The Press...made Graham look like a fool.
I've never had anything against Graham. When you have an untenable party line to toe, it's hard to not look like a fool.
liked your web article...what's the likelihood of him being the dem's VP candidate?
I think the Webb article may have played him up a bit too much. But we'll see.
I don't think it is that likely that he'd be a VP choice, though it certainly wouldn't surprise me if he were the pick for the reasons in the article.
